Shipping and Processing Times
We ship domestically in Singapore and worldwide.
Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping for all Singapore customers with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched after processing, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. The processing time is 3-4 weeks unless otherwise stated. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be delivered to your shipping address after dispatch.
International Shipping
Worldwide shipping is chargeable at a flat rate of S$50.00 with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched after processing, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. The processing time is 3-4 weeks unless otherwise stated. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered to your shipping address after dispatch. International Custom Duties
We recommend that our valued international customers outside of Singapore contact their customs department for potential duties, as different countries have different import tax laws and regulations. International purchases may be subject to an import tax that will be borne by the customer.
All items are carefully inspected by our professional jeweler to make sure that each piece has met stringent industry standards prior to shipment.
Before submitting your payment
Kindly ensure the following:
- Please make sure you have listed your correct shipping address before submitting your payment. We will not be able to refund or replace items ordered and shipped to an incorrect address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Signature is required upon delivery. We are not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. We are not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
- We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbour, or any receiving party.
