The Journey to Perfection
STEP 1 - CONCEPTUALISATION OF YOUR DESIGN
Have an idea or design in mind? Get in touch with us via live chat or email. Our team of experienced designers will consolidate your ideas, images or drawings and work closely with you to conceptualise your design.
A quote will be provided to you and you will be advised on payment options.
STEP 2 - APPROVAL OF COMPUTERISED 3D DRAWING
Once an order has been placed, we will create a computerised 3D model of your design. This takes 1 to 2 business days.
We will send you a drawing displaying your jewellery design from multiple angles, for you to approve or request any modifications to the design.
STEP 3 - COMMENCEMENT OF THE CRAFTING PROCESS
Upon your approval of the 3D model and final design, our production team will commence with the casting process. Your gemstones are then meticulously set and polished by our master craftsmen.
This takes 10 to 15 business days.
STEP 4 - CELEBRATE WITH YOUR BESPOKE JEWELLERY
The finished piece is thoroughly inspected by our Quality Assurance team before it is shipped to you.

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON OUR GEMSTONES
Florentine provides a Lifetime Warranty on all of our gemstones and a 12-month Warranty against defects in the craftsmanship of the jewellery piece. We also provide a free one-time resizing within 60 days.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Authenticity is important to Florentine. Your gemstone, if 0.80ct Diamond Equivalent Weight (DEW) or larger, has been laser engraved with information to aid in confirming that your gemstone is authentic Florentine gemstone. Each Florentine jewellery piece also comes with a certificate of authenticity and a serial number.
